190 - King of the Moles (feat. Sam Kissajukian & Rosie Rivette!)

This week, we're joined by the very funny and fabulous Sam Kissajukian and Rosie Rivette! That's right, it's our first episode recorded with a real-life couple. You can feel their romance bloom while we discuss Rocky II, complaint letters, and eating possum poo! Plus, we commit mail fraud, have an impromptu singalong, and play a fantastic game of That Sounds Good, What's That About?

MUSIC USED:
SSJ Theme 3000: Xavier Rubetzki Noonan
Tiny Islands: Tangerine
TSGWTA Theme: Xavier Rubetzki Noonan
FEATURE TRACK:
We are so stoked to be featuring music by Tangerine for the second time! Tangerine are a wonderful little band from Seattle, whose 2014 EP 'Behemoth!' is still on high rotation here at SSJ HQ (ever since we featured it in Episode 163). The band's new single, Tender, is two minutes in heaven, and will be featured on their new EP 'Sugar Teeth', coming from Swoon Records on February 19th. Keep it locked to the band's website for news, links to their social media, tour dates, & all the ways you can check out their excellent back-catalogue!

This episode features two of the most gorgeous
guests we've ever had on the show, so naturally
we forgot to take a photo. Oops!

163 - Behemoth! (feat. Marcel Blanch-de Wilt!)

This week, we're joined by the very lovely Marcel Blanch-de Wilt, and we discuss homelessness, Rugrats: All Growed Up, and give our tips on a successful transition to adulthood. Plus, we bring back fan-favourite segment 12 Angry Men And A Baby, as well as playing a round of That Sounds Good, What's That About?

MUSIC USED:
SSJ Theme 3000: Xavier Rubetzki Noonan
Tidal Wave: Tangerine
FEATURE TRACK:
You'll Always Be Lonely is the first track from Seattle band Tangerine's latest release Behemoth! which you can pick up on their website or on iTunes. It's such a great record that I didn't know which track to highlight, so I just went with the first one because it was the first one I heard.
